Simply sprinkle a small amount into your bath for a relaxing spa-style soak. You could also add to a foot-bath (or use a washing up bowl) for recovery after a long hike. The magnesium helps to ease aching muscles, whilst the range of scents include relaxing combinations for de-stressing and invigorating options for when you want to get party-ready.
Note that I have now changed my packaging for these; as of August 2023 the jars have been replaced with rust-proof aluminium tins, as the jars were too heavy and not practical for customers to return for refilling. The product itself remains the same.
